Shipping Policy

1. Shipping

Every order includes free Standard shipping. No hidden fees, no checkout surprises, and no minimum order requirements. Faster turnaround options are available at an additional cost.

2. Turnaround Tiers

We offer three turnaround options. The timeline begins after your quote is approved and payment is received.

Priority and Rush pricing is included in your quote. Turnaround times are estimates based on typical production schedules. Complex orders, large quantities, or specialty materials may require additional time. We will communicate any adjustments before production begins.

3. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States. If you need delivery outside the U.S., contact us at hello@pangeaprinting.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. We select the carrier that provides the best combination of speed and reliability for your specific order. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

5. Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime on our website using the Track Order feature.

6. Packaging

All parts are individually wrapped and packed to prevent damage during transit. We use appropriately sized packaging to minimize movement and protect your prints. For multi-part orders, items may ship in the same package or separately depending on size.

7. After Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. From that point forward, the shipment is in the carrier's hands. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pangeaprinting.com with photos of the damage. If the damage was caused by a defect in our packaging or production, we will work with you on a resolution. Carrier-caused damage must be claimed directly with the carrier; we will provide documentation to support your claim.

Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pangea Printing ships to the address you provide without modification. If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will contact you when a returned package is received. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we reserve the right to treat the order as completed with no obligation to reship at no charge.

Lost or Undelivered Packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, or if the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days at hello@pangeaprinting.com. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and provide all documentation needed. Replacement or refund for lost packages is contingent on the carrier's claim process and outcome. We are not liable for losses caused by carrier error, but we will assist you in pursuing the claim to the fullest extent possible.

8. Business Orders

For business inquiries and production runs, shipping logistics are discussed during our consultation. We can accommodate custom packaging, labeling, scheduled deliveries, and direct-to-customer fulfillment depending on the scope of the project.

9. Education & School Deliveries

School pack orders are shipped as a single consolidated shipment to the address provided by the School Operator at the time of ordering. Please ensure the delivery address is a location that accepts packages during normal business hours and that the recipient name or department is included in the address. Pangea Printing is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a correct address but not received due to school receiving-room limitations, summer closures, or internal distribution issues after delivery.

If your school requires delivery to a specific room, department, or named individual, please include this in the shipping address field when your order is confirmed. Schools with specific receiving requirements — such as delivery windows, dock access, or district receiving warehouses — should contact us at hello@pangeaprinting.com before finalizing their order so we can accommodate those requirements.
