Pangea Printing operates as a 3D printing service. We manufacture parts from files our customers provide. We do not host, distribute, or sell 3D model files, and we do not verify the intellectual property status of submitted files.
That said, we take intellectual property seriously. If you are a designer, artist, or rights holder and you believe someone is using your work without permission through our service, we want to hear from you. We will review every legitimate notice and act promptly.
Please provide the following information so we can identify and act on the issue. All fields marked with * are required.
If you're a Pangea Printing customer and received a notification that your order was affected by an IP claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notice if you believe the claim is in error. Email hello@pangeaprinting.com with the subject "IP Counter-Notice" and include your contact information, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
We review every notice within 2 business days. If your claim is valid, we will cancel or suspend any active orders involving the identified material and notify the customer. We will not share your personal information with the customer without your consent unless required by law.
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Customers who are the subject of multiple valid IP complaints may be refused service.
